The short version
We collect only your email and an optional note. We use it to reply to you and help with your notice. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not run ad trackers on this site. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data at any time.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address, and the optional note you choose to write in the form.
- Basic technical data: when any page loads or you submit the form, our server receives standard information such as your IP address and the date and time. This is normal for any website and we use it only to keep the site secure and to respond to you.
We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, sensitive personal data, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, biometric data, or precise location.
Why we use it
For one purpose: to reply about your notice and help you respond. We act on the basis of your own request when you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising, for sale, or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who can see it
Inside Holdground, only the people who need it to help you. We do not route your submission through a third-party form service. To run the business we rely on two infrastructure providers, who process data only to provide their service to us and not for their own purposes: Google Workspace hosts our email inbox, and Hostinger hosts this website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies, fonts, and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics that profile you. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads, the same as on most websites. If you would prefer the fonts served from our own server with no Google request, email us and we will tell you the current status.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you type in the form is protected in transit. Submissions are kept on systems we control, and any local backup is stored where it cannot be reached from the public web. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the small amount of data involved.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send only as long as we need it to reply and to help with your case, and then we delete it. If you want it removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not sell your data, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not profile you. To make a request, just email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adult Texas homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
